“If tomorrow, women woke up and decided they really liked their bodies, just think how many industries would go out of business.”

As the sky waived the sun
And perpetrated the moon instead
Flowers were blossoming
Unfolded such beautiful petals
You were the moon
And I was the flower
Glistened so beautifully
Under the crescent
Beneath your light

“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms.”
― Henry David Thoreau, Walden
Thoreau is in one of my most admirable authors, he lived to seek peace in his life and he sought the true meaning of life and went away from the “normal” life: he lived in the woods. A simple-minded man; yet genius in putting words together. From 1852 ‘til now, Walden is always a good piece of writing to read. It also inspired the infamous Dead Poets Society, so it’s a double win-win. I still flinched when I heard that verse tho (((because DPS)))
